PICOTURN-2G: The Smart Sensor to Measure Your Turbochargers Speed

PICOTURN-2G represents the second generation of ScioSense (previously acam) well established system to measure the rotational speed of turbochargers compressor wheels. As a fully integrated and compact solution the PICOTURN-2G is a miniaturized sensor system that is perfectly suited for testing in the dynamometer lab engine test cells and test cars. This turbocharger speed sensor is ideal for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles, making it flexible for a variety of applications. The sensors are IP 67 and provide a standard 5-volt CMOS output signal, whereas each edge corresponds to one vane of the compressor wheel. It also features improved stability against electromagnetic interference. The open system architecture allows an easy integration into existing measurement systems.
